I had to take a picture of Gray reading the toy ads on Sunday. I remember looking through the ads when I was a kid, but the best was when my mom picked up the Sears catalog!! Talk about Exciting!!
I was just thinking a few days ago how great that Sears catalog was! The ads are fun to look through with your kids, though! Hope your holidays are nice!
This is a dangerous way to pass the time. (Although I also remember LOVING doing the same!) My mom used to have us make our christmas lists by cutting out the items and glueing them on a paper so she would be able to get the EXACT item, should we get so lucky! That added to the fun-- making my OWN catalog!
I miss the Sears catalog! H was doing the same thing with the ToysRUs catalog and writing down the catalog page numbers on her list. Did you notice the Zhu Zhu Hamsters aren't in the catalog? I guess they're so hot they don't even need to advertise!
