A day at the farm

The kids & I went pumpkin picking at a farm with a few of our friends. The farm was huge & had tons of stuff for the kids to do.
Pumpkin picking

a petting zoo, huge hay bales to climb,

a cannon that launched pumpkins 2000 feet, wagon rides, yummy doughnuts & cider,

some funky corn launching gun,

a corn maze & a corn pit.

The extent of our pumpkin picking this year was choosing from the many pumpkin filled boxes outside of Walmart! (Hey $2.50 a pumpkin isn't bad) We are planning on going to a pumpkin patch tomorrow, but I doubt they'll have the cool corn gun thing, or the pumpkin launcher. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun!

This looks just like Cornbelly's here in Utah Valley at Thanksgiving Point. We went last year but didn't make it this time. Looks like you had lots of fun!
